Cowboy Chili

1 pound Ground Beef (we used 15% fat)

½ Medium Yellow Onion (finely diced)

  • 1 tablespoon Garlic (minced)

  • 1 15-ounce can Pinto Beans (drained and rinsed)

  • 1 15-ounce can Kidney Beans (drained and rinsed)

  • 1 15-ounce can Tomato Sauce

  • 1 15-ounce can Tomatoes (diced)

  • 1/2 cup Cowboy Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons Tomato Paste

  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup

  • 3 tablespoons Chili Powder

  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder

  • 2 teaspoons Ground Cumin

  • ½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika

  • ½ teaspoons Salt

  • ¼ teaspoon Ground Pepper

  • 1 cup Beef Broth (chicken broth or water works too)

  • add Cheddar Cheese (shredded)

  • add Fritos

  • add Green Onion

Sweet and Spicy Meatballs in Guinness Sauce

1 pound lean ground beef

  • ½ cup Guinness Stout

  • 1 egg

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion

  • 1/2 cup stuffing mix processed in food processor

Guinness Sauce:

  • 2-11.2 oz Guinness stout

  • ½ cup Cowboy Sauce

  • ¼ cup honey

  • 1-1/2 tbsp molasses

  • 2 tsp dry mustard

  • ½ onion chopped

  • 1 tsp garlic salt

  • 4 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp sauce

Cowboy Chicken Pizza

1 (12 inch) pre-baked pizza crust

  • 1 cup Cowboy Sauce

  • 2 skinless boneless chicken breast halves, cooked and cubed

  • 1 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers

  • 1 cup chopped red onion

  • ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
